Convert Tiff to Searchable PDF

Brand new here, we are trying out GdPicture to see if it is our solution to convert tens of thousands of Tiff files to searchable PDFs. I am hoping that someone could assist us in the right direction on how to achieve this. We are demoing GdPicture currently and would greatly appreciate some help.
