Calculating RGB Negative

A function accepting a color value and calculating its negative would be useful. I could create a 1 pixel image, paint the color, apply the Negative filter, and read the pixel, but it would be much simpler to just call

lngNegColor = object.RGBNegative(lngColor)

or

lngStat = object.RGBNegative(lngColor, *lngNegColor)

or something equivelent.
