GetFormFieldsCount Method (GdPicturePDF)

Returns the total number of all form fields in the currently loaded PDF document. Form fields are interactive objects for gathering information from users through the PDF document.

Please use the GetFormFieldId method to retrieve the unique form field identifier in order to correctly identify the specific form field object.

Return Value

The total number of form field objects in the current document. The GetStat method can be subsequently used to determine if this method has been successful.

Remarks

This method is only allowed for use with non-encrypted documents.

It is recommend to use the GetStat method to identify the specific reason for the method's failure, if any.
