The COM interop edition now also targets the .NET framework 4.0 and is now compatible with Windows XP and higher.
All GdPicture.NET 14.0 features are available on all supported .NET Frameworks, including Office Open Xml support.
we have deploy our solution but we have a loto of ticket from our customers about XP deploy.
The part of our solution that use GDPicture is with COM interop, written in VB6 (part of it already with GDPicture 5.5).
we need assistance because we are sure that you wrote is ok the tickets are because our fault.
an example of PC is: Windows XP SP3, Framework 4 FULL

As of 2019 and for the minor updates added in 2019 we have changed this requirements. The webpage you are looking at is outdated. Please always refer to our reference guide which you can find here: https://www.gdpicture.com/guides/gdpicture/Ope ... ments.html
As mentioned in our requirements, we handle all windows version from Vista to current. You can also find the requirements for windows server versions there also. This means if you are using GdPicture's latest version you cannot use it in Windows XP.
