You can download the latest GdPicture.NET release from: https://www.gdpicture.com/download-gdpicture/

Once downloaded, just follow the installation Wizard which will guide you through the installation process.

It is highy suggested to install the toolkit into a destination such as D:\GdPicture.NET\ or C:\GdPicture.NET\.
