GdPicture.NET v11.2 Medium Release

Hi Everyone,

The medium release (11.2) for GdPicture.NET Document Imaging SDK is now available with new demo applications and a new image rendering engine  for the GdPicture viewers. We also added a few things in our HTML5 viewer and document management kit DocuVieware(opens in a new tab).

Other new features (WinForm) include improvements of the of the **GdViewer **control (rendering performances and speed with large documents, a view rotation functionality (all rotations and flips are now supported with vector documents) and support for txt, svg and metafile rendering in vector mode.

For the WPF viewer, we have several interface changes with new methods (PdfGetTextOccurenceCount, GetSelectedTextRegions, GetRegionWidthPixels, GetRegionHeightPixels, AddPolyRulerAnnotInteractive).

Lots of new features in the PDF (improvement of the Unicode characters rendering, text extraction and PDF parsing), annotations (new Poly-rulers annotation tool) and barcoding domains (improvement of the 2D barcode recognition accuracy).

Improvement of caching mechanism to reduce memory consumption and enhancement of the user interface responsiveness. A new method for AddPolyRulerAnnotInteractive is available for the interface (JS). Czech and Slovak locale have been added to the package of languages already included.
